Founded by a collective of artisans with decades of experience in knife-making, YASHA draws from the rich history of Tsubame-Sanjo. Ever since the Edo period, this region has been proudly manufacturing hand-hammered and sharp-edged tools of the highest quality – and it still does. From the steel blades, the smooth wooden handles and the premium packaging: everything is made in Japan by skilled craftsmen. YASHA combines ancient tradition with modern technology to offer Japanese kitchen knives to a global audience.
Their knives are so sharp, they could literally cut corners with it. That, however, is the one thing YASHA will never do.
