Musashi Kuni Kogetsu 180mm Santoku Kitchen Knife
This product is entirely handmade by blacksmiths. There may be slight differences in the size and finish of each product. There will be a slight gap between the handle and the nakago (the blade part between the handles).
The welding part of the mouthpiece may have some marks left on it.
All of the above is due to the fact that we follow the traditional manufacturing method and do not rely on machines.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please understand that this is a unique product. In order to prevent this, please clean the knife well after use and dry it before storing it. Designated as a traditional craft by Chiba Prefecture in 2006 and by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2009.
